    Based upon the fundamental practices of Hatha & Yin Yoga, Samudra’s flow is designed with intention to enhance your capabilities as a freediver and establish conscious relaxation.

    60-90 minute classes are included with freedive courses. Private or personalized Yoga sessions can be arranged remotely upon request.

  • Breathwork

    Breath is the foundation for awareness. Understanding the habits and flow of proper breathing is a vital aspect of wellness that can be integrated into everyday life. Learn how to calm the mind, relax the body, and develop a meditative practice through proper breathing techniques rooted in the practice of Yoga.
